With a single toggle, sellers can let LISA deliver real-time tracking updates to buyers from the moment an order is packed to when it’s out for delivery.
What’s New in LISA’s Order Tracking?
Lazada’s Order Tracking feature has been improved so buyers get more precise and accessible updates about their purchases.
Before, it only gave a rough idea of where the order was (e.g., “In transit” or “Shipped”), without much detail.
Now, it provides a “Track Order” button that buyers can click to see real-time, step-by-step tracking information, from when the seller is packing the order, to when it’s handed to logistics, and all the way until delivery.

Dynamic, Real-Time Updates → The tracking info changes automatically as the order moves from packing to shipping to delivery, so buyers always see the latest status.

Before RTS (Ready to Ship) → The order hasn’t been sent to the courier yet. Buyers will see that the seller is still packing or preparing it, and they can click “View Order Detail” for more info.

After RTS (Ready to Ship) → The order has been handed over to the courier. A tracking button will appear so buyers can see the package’s real-time delivery progress until it arrives.
How to Enable LISA Order Tracking
Lazada sellers can turn on LISA’s Order Tracking feature in just a few steps:

Open the Smart Response menu in Lazada Seller Center.

Choose Order Tracking.

Switch it on or off using the toggle.
When it’s on, LISA will automatically send buyers their tracking updates without the seller having to create or type a custom reply.
